Michelle's Story
Living with a chronic illness slowed my life down in ways I never expected. When my body could no longer move at the pace I once demanded of it, I had to learn different ways of listening. That listening became the doorway to Intuitive Art and Reiki.
Through illness, I discovered that healing isn't always about fixing - it's about tending. Reiki taught me how to work with my energy when my body felt unreliable, and Intuitive Art gave me a way to express what couldn't be put into words. Together, they became practices of compassion and peace.
What began as a personal survival practice slowly transformed into a way of supporting others. I firmly believe that this intentional practice invites a way of weaving peace for ourselves and those around us.
I am a cancer patient and finding peace with my body through Michelle's Reiki practice has helped me to find balance.
